Joe Aiello
Agency Owner
Joe is the owner of Agape Insurance Group and has been an insurance agent since 2011. He holds a Bachelors of Arts from Western Carolina University in Middle School Math and Social Studies education. While he no longer teaches at the middle school level, he tries each day to use his teaching degree by educating clients and helping them understand and manage their everyday risks.
Joe is married to his wife, Sandra, and lives in Wake Forest. He has three children. When he’s not working, he loves to read, cheer on his home town Chicago sports teams, and play pickleball.
Sandra Aiello
Business Development
Sandra is the loving wife of Joe. In 2023, she became a licensed insurance agent while working full time for the state Department of Agriculture. Her experience with customer service and being a relational person is a strong asset and support to the operations of the agency.
Sandra enjoys serving within her church, spending time with family- including watching sports with Joe, gardening, and outdoor adventures.
Judith Bolton
Customer Service Manager
Judith came to Agape Insurance in 2022 and manages the day the day customer service needs of the agency. She has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and enjoys building relationships with the clients and giving them quality service. She holds a property and casualty and life license. Her free time is spent with family and friends on the lake.
She enjoys reading, doing crafts and volunteering with the Civitans and Miracle League of Franklin County.
Adam Behr
Sales
Adam joined Agape Insurance Group in 2023 and is licensed in New Jersey and North Carolina. His previous experience teaching physics helps him breakdown complicated insurance ideas into manageable discussions. Adam prides himself in providing a clear, concise, and educational approach to risk management. By utilizing his resources and experience he can paint a holistic view of his clients’ risk management program and provide solutions not typically offered by other insurance agencies.
Adam’s educational credentials include a Bachelors of Science in Physics from Seton Hall University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from The College of New Jersey. Adam resides in Smithfield, North Carolina with his wife and two dogs.
Skylar Kroeze
Customer Service
Skylar joined Agape Insurance Group in 2025 and is a licensed Insurance Agent in North Carolina. She assists with the service of our customers' needs and plays a role in making sure customers not only receive excellent service but also feel confident and cared for throughout their experience with Agape Insurance Group. Before stepping into the insurance field, Skylar spent over four years working as a barista, where she developed her skills in customer service, problem-solving, and patience. These are the values she now brings into her work as an insurance professional.
Skylar graduated high school in 2024 with an associate's degree. She has 3 sisters and two brothers. She has traveled to Greece and Africa and enjoys exploring new places and experiences. In her free time, she loves being outdoors, working with horses, and spending time with animals such as her cat and chickens.

For 20+ years, we shopped the "big names" as frequently advertised on TV, they were all more expensive and delivered service via a the "1-800 auto prompt, we will be right with you" process. From the very beginning (many years ago), Agape Insurance Group made the process of finding the right insurance coverage for my needs smooth and hassle-free.
